Teachers
Our teachers are part of a creative, entrepreneurial team of non-traditional educators. Vertus is a blended learning school that requires teachers willing and able to both teach engaging lessons in traditional classroom settings as well as facilitate learning supported by our online platform in learning labs and small group settings each day. The ability to build strong relationships and know student's strengths and weaknesses are essential to guide them to success through our individualized academic program. Teachers need to know what our students need. Reviewing and analyzing data to guide instruction and provide appropriate interventions on a daily basis provide students an educational experience that is truly unique to Vertus. Finally, as is the case with all of our staff, Teachers must be committed to the mission of building men of character and embody the elements of The Vertus Creed.
